Well, since I was a little girl, I worried about everything. From school to when I move out. I usually don't go a day without worrying about something. Now, I'm wondering how to stop worrying so much.

Meditate while listening to some soothing music. might also be a sign of anxiety problems.

Good idea. It could be anxiety.

But bear in mind it can only be diagnosed by a doctor.

Your biggest problem girl is an obsession with your neurotic self, for sure, your the biggest eejit of an attention seeker that I've ever come across.

Wouldn't have worded it that way myself, but Stevie's right.

Quit thinking of yourself and you'll be a lot better off.

I know what is like to worry. I do it myself. Last week was a bad week for me. My psychologist said I was punnishing myself for something which wasn't my fault. Maybe I was. But people tell me not to worry other people to think about my self more. I know that might sound confusing. Or even Selfish but that's what I am told. I also have stress and anxiety and even panick attacks from time to time so I know exactly what it is like.

Excuse me, but I do think of others. I cry when someone is ill or when I feel sorry for someone. My sister's best friend moved away recently, andI felt so bad for her and started crying.

You cry and worry about things that are beyond your control. also a sign of anxiety. See a doctor, damn it!
